Angel Affirmations

For thousands of years, many religions and cultures have accepted the idea of angels, or angelic beings, that are here to help humankind. As a result, working with angels is something that has grown in popularity over the years. Angels are said to help guide, protect, and inspire us. What are angels?

Angels are divine messengers from higher realms that are here to assist humankind. They appear across religious texts and are essentially benevolent beings of light. They often appear as humans with wings, but they can also take the form of animals or other creatures. Angels are spiritual beings and not of this planet, and their purpose is to guide, protect, and elevate humanity.

How can I work with angels?

You will find yourself able to tune into their presence quicker and easier as your spiritual connection strengthens.

One way to work with angels is to simply acknowledge their existence. You can begin having a conversation with them, either aloud or in your mind, and thank them for their presence. You might ask for guidance on something that has been troubling you, or ask for a sign that you’re on the right path.

Another popular way to work with angels is during meditation. As you settle and your body relaxes, you can imagine being surrounded by pure loving golden energy. You might be able to visualise your guardian angel or an archangel in your energy field, or floating gently above you.
